When you register an account, enroll in PSU training modules, or contact our helpline, we collect the following types of information:
Personal Account Information
Full Name, Email Address, WhatsApp/Mobile Phone Number, and State of Residence.
Academic & Test Metrics
CBT question attempts, test scorecards, time spent per MCQ, bookmarked mistakes, and video progress.
Authentication Data
Secure tokens provided during Google Sign-In (OAuth), IP address, and browser session headers.
Transactional Records
Order IDs, transaction timestamps, payment reference numbers. (Note: We never store card or UPI PIN details).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use candidate information strictly for the following purposes:
- To activate, manage, and deliver your enrolled PSU courses, 92 Video Lectures, and 140+ CBT Mock Papers.
- To generate your personal CBT exam scorecard, calculate percentiles, and store your mistake notebooks for targeted revision.
- To issue payment receipts, verify enrollments, and handle customer support requests via WhatsApp and email.
- To notify you about newly uploaded authentic PSU question sets, answer key updates, and official PSU recruitment notifications.
- To protect the security of student accounts against unauthorized access or automated scraping.
3. Payment Security & Third-Party Gateways
All financial transactions on Finance Job Secure are processed via Cashfree Payments, an RBI-authorized, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.
When you enter payment details (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or wallets), your sensitive payment credentials are transmitted directly to Cashfree over end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption. Finance Job Secure does not capture, store, or have access to your card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
4. Zero Third-Party Data Selling
We respect your privacy. Finance Job Secure will NEVER sell, rent, trade, or distribute your personal contact details, email address, or phone number to external marketing agencies or third-party advertisers.
Your information is solely used to deliver your educational experience on our platform.
5. Data Security Standards
We deploy robust administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect student data:
- HTTPS / TLS Encryption: All communications between your browser and our servers are encrypted using modern Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3).
- Secured Database Access: Student database records are protected with restricted credential privileges and firewalled endpoints.
- OAuth 2.0 Single Sign-On: Secure authentication via official Google OAuth protocol ensures zero exposure of user passwords.
6. Candidate Rights & Account Deletion
You have the right to request access to your stored personal information, update incorrect details, or request full deletion of your candidate account and associated test history.
To submit a data access or deletion request, simply email us from your registered email address to support@financejobsecure.com. Requests are typically processed within 48 to 72 business hours.
