1. Digital Educational Content Policy

Upon completing payment through our secure gateway (Cashfree Payments), instantaneous digital access is unlocked for your candidate account. Because full access to confidential questions, answer keys, and proprietary content is granted immediately:

2. Duplicate or Erroneous Charges (100% Refund Guarantee)

In the event that an error occurs during payment processing resulting in duplicate deductions:

• Duplicate Transaction: If your bank account or UPI is debited more than once for the same course enrollment due to network latency or gateway timeouts, the extra duplicate amount will be refunded in full (100%).
• Failed Transaction Debited: If money is deducted from your bank account but the course order status shows "Failed" or "Incomplete" and access was not provisioned, the deducted amount is automatically refunded by Cashfree Payments and your bank within 3 to 5 banking working days.

3. How to Request a Duplicate Payment Refund

If you believe a duplicate charge occurred on your card or UPI, please follow these simple steps to expedite resolution:

1. Send an email to support@financejobsecure.com or WhatsApp message to our student helpdesk at +91 90835 84891.
2. Include your Registered Email ID, Candidate Name, and Payment Transaction IDs / Bank Reference Numbers (UTR).
3. Our billing team will verify the payment log in the Cashfree Merchant Gateway within 24 business hours.
4. Approved duplicate refunds will be initiated immediately back to the original source account (UPI/card/bank) and usually reflect within 5 to 7 business days per banking settlement norms.

4. Plan Switching & Upgrades

If you initially enrolled in a Single PSU Course (₹999) and wish to upgrade to the comprehensive All-in-One Master Pass (covering all 140+ CBT papers and all 92 Video Lectures), our team allows seamless credit adjustment.

Simply contact support within 7 days of your initial purchase, and we will credit the amount previously paid towards your All-in-One upgrade.

5. Cancellation Policy

Candidates may discontinue using their account at any time. Because access plans operate on fixed prepaid durations (50 days or 100 days), there are no recurring auto-debit subscriptions or unexpected monthly recurring deductions. Access terminates automatically when your validity expires unless you voluntarily choose to renew.
