1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for an account, or purchasing any educational plan on Finance Job Secure (referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" accessible via financejobsecure.com), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the platform, accessing mock Computer-Based Test (CBT) modules, or watching video masterclasses.

2. Platform Purpose & Educational Disclaimer

Finance Job Secure is an independent online coaching and technical preparation academy dedicated to assisting candidates preparing for competitive Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) and Government Finance & Accounts examinations (including but not limited to IOCL, HPCL, ONGC, CIL, BHEL, NTPC, RailTel, PGCIL, and Banking Specialist Officer exams).

3. Candidate Account & Access Security

To access our courses, video masterclasses, and CBT test engine, you are required to register an account using a valid email address, phone number, and name. You agree that:

• All registration credentials provided by you are accurate, current, and complete.
• Each enrolled subscription grants access exclusively to a single individual candidate. Account sharing, concurrent multi-device logins, or transferring account credentials to third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without refund if automated systems detect suspicious concurrent logins, credential leasing, or anomalous automated scraping activity.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Prohibited Uses

All proprietary materials provided on this platform—including proprietary CBT answer explanations, mathematical step-by-step Ind AS formulas, custom software interfaces, question categorization algorithms, and curated syllabus modules—are the intellectual property of Finance Job Secure.

You agree that you will NOT:

• Copy, duplicate, reproduce, record, sell, redistribute, or publicly publish any proprietary question explanations or video lectures.
• Use automated scripts, bots, spiders, scrapers, or browser extensions to extract CBT questions or platform data.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the CBT simulator or testing engine.

5. Subscription Plans & Validity Periods

Course enrollment validity is determined by the specific access tier selected at the time of checkout:

• Single PSU Standard Plan (₹999): 50 Days of active access to the chosen PSU examination module.
• Single PSU Extended Plan (₹1,999): 100 Days of comprehensive access.
• All-in-One Master Pass (₹2,499): 50 Days of unrestricted access to all 92 Video Lectures and 140+ CBT Papers across all PSUs.
• All-in-One Extended Pass (₹3,499): 100 Days of unrestricted access.
• Plan Renewal Extension (₹699): Adds 50 additional days of access to an expired subscription.

Upon expiration of the designated validity period, access to the video lectures and CBT mock engine will pause until a renewal extension is activated.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all technical answers, Ind AS references, and exam pattern alignments, Finance Job Secure does not guarantee individual recruitment selection or specific score cutoffs in actual government examinations. In no event shall Finance Job Secure or its faculty be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
